This is a Great Flag For Bikers
May 4th
Are you looking for a way to show off how proud you are to be a biker? There are several different things you could do, like putting patches on your jacket and showing off your bike. One more overt way of letting people know how much you love riding is to fly this American By Birth Biker By Choice Flag. It’s one of the more interesting flags on The Cheap Place, although it might scare some people because it features a creepy skull and a couple of guns!
This 3 foot by 5 foot flag features a large skull wearing an American flag-themed hat. There are two guns behind it, one on either side, with the stripes part of the U.S. flag background. In the upper part of the flag, around the large hat, it reads “American by Birth” on the left and “Biker by Choice” on the right. The skull might not appeal to everyone, but some bikers do enjoy the skull theme. If you’re one of them, fly this flag on your bike when you’re out riding. It’s sure to make a statement!
What statement? That you’re a biker by choice. You love this lifestyle, and it’s the only one you’ll ever want. You might be American by birth, but you became a biker by your own choice. This flag is made from 100% durable polyester material with artwork by Good Sports, Inc.
Do You Fly the Rebel Flag?
Apr 18th
After seceding from Union, the Confederate states created their own flag as a symbol of their new country. While the Rebel Flag went through a number of different changes, the most famous one is a rectangular version of the Confederate Army Battle Flag, a flag that was usually square. What’s interesting is that this flag was never the official flag of the confederacy, nor was it ever even recognized as one of the major national flags during the time of the Civil War. However, today, many people assume it was the national flag, and very few know what the actual Confederate flag looked like!
The rebel flag is also sometimes called the Dixie flag. Sometimes it’s also called the Stars and Bars, although that was actually a name for the First National Flag of the Confederacy, which looked different. Today, the flag has become popular once more. During World War II, some of the Southern units used it as their unofficial emblem. It was also flown on the USS Columbia.
There is some disagreement over the meaning of the Rebel Flag today, and some people feel like it should not be displayed. They see it as a symbol of rebellion and even feel like it’s connected to racist groups like the Ku Klux Klan. It’s used by separatist organizations, too, which does not help its image.
However, there are a number of people who see the Rebel Flag as a symbol of southern culture. They don’t really feel like it stands for any political statement. Instead, they proudly display it as a way of showing their pride in their southern heritage.
Show How Hard Core You Are By Flying This Flag
Mar 15th
The Cheap Place has a lot of different flags for you to choose from. You could go with something fairly normal like the U.S. flag or something colorful like the Fire Department Ride Free banner. But if you want something that’s sure to get talked about, go with the Hard Core Skull Biker Flag. You can bet your neighbors will notice this flag flying behind your bike as you ride home. It’s an awesome way of telling everyone that you’re a hard core biker and will be to the very end.
This flag isn’t exactly the most colorful or eye-catching, but once you do take a good look at it, you’ll see why it’s so awesome. The flag features a very large skull with “Hard Core” on its front teeth. Some people might find this flag a bit on the creepy side, but bikers have always used the skull as part of their decoration. No one knows exactly why, but it seems like skulls, leather, and chains have been the biker dress code for years.
Made from a polyester material, the Hard Core Skull Biker Flag will endure many rides and weather of all types. It measures three foot by five foot and has two metal grommets on the left edge. You can fly this flag from a small pole on the back of your bike, off a pole in your yard, or even hang it on the wall for decoration.
Fly this Flag for your Guns
Feb 6th
If you have a flagpole on the back of your bike or in front of your house, you might be looking for a number of different flags to fly from it. The flags section on The Cheap Place has many different flags that are perfect for bikers. They have everything from U.S. flags to biker flags to POW flags. They also have a 2nd Amendment Flag for those who strongly support the right to bear arms.
This three by five foot flag is black with a large white skull in the center. Two guns are crossed underneath it. The date 1789 is between the guns. This was the year that James Madison first drafted what would become the Bill of Rights, which includes the Second Amendment guaranteeing citizens the right to own weapons. The Bill of Rights was presented to the first Congress in June of 1789, although it wouldn’t become a part of the U.S. Constitution until 1791.
Recently, the Second Amendment has come under scrutiny, and the U.S. Supreme Court issued two decisions regarding the amendment. The first, issued in 2008, states that an individual has a right to possess a firearm, regardless of any militia service, and use it in lawful purposes. The second, issued in 2010, ruled that the amendment applies to state and local governments as well as the federal government.
Do you love your guns and feel like you have the absolute right to own them? If so, fly one of these flags! Show that you feel like guns are, as the flag says, “America’s Original Homeland Security.”
