Christmas is just around the corner and it is traditional at this time of year for parties and other events where alcohol will be consumed. How to Ensure You Have Fun without Getting Too Drunk
If you want to have a good time and enjoy an alcoholic beverage but do not want to be remembered for all the wrong reasons, it might be wise to make sure you have a big meal before you begin drinking those beers or liquors. Making sure you have some lining in your stomach is a sure fire way to stop yourself getting too merry. Another trick is to pace yourself. Take your time drinking and spend some time chatting to others at the party. Remember to put your drink down occasionally instead of keeping it glued to your hand.
Some people will alternate alcohol with glasses of water, as this tends to keep you hydrated and less likely to end up slurring your words. Anyway, have a great time but, most importantly, never drink and ride your bikes after!
