All our embroidered patches feature plastic iron on backing. They will adhere permanently if they are properly ironed on with a heat press. Using a household iron will hold the patch together for a while, but from experience we know eventually the patch will begin to come off. Both heat and pressure are necessary to adhere the patch on permanently to your clothing. We treat our patches with plastic iron on backing to also keep the stitching of the embroidery together for a long lasting patch. You may have noticed stitches coming apart on your inferior no backing patches. Ours won't do that. We also choose to use embroidered die cut borders on our patches rather than using merrowed borders. We know die cut borders provide a much cleaner looking patch. It is a more painstaking process when manufacturing the patches however it is worth taking that extra step to provide our customers with the highest quality patches. We make our patches right, take no short cuts and provide you an efficient place to purchase them. Did you know all the orders you place ship out the day you place it.
