Frequently Asked Questions

• Why can't I select add to cart on some items?  If an item is out of stock, the item will still be visible on the website however the shopping cart will not allow you to add it to your cart. An out of stock message should appear on the products detail page.
• What are my payment options? We accept Visa MasterCard or Discover through our store checkout. You can also use Paypal or google checkout to pay for your order (You can pay using your American Express by choosing Paypal or GoogleCheckout as your payment option).
• How safe is it to submit payment information? The checkout process uses a secure connection to make sure the information you enter is encrypted while processing the transaction. We do not store your payment information on our databases.
• Can I return items I'm not happy with? We accept returns on new unused merchandize for 30 days.
• Who Pays for Return Shipping? Return shipping is paid by the buyer
• When should I expect my order to arrive? We'll process and ship your order out the day you place it Monday-Friday as long as we receive your order by 3pm EST. Usually takes 2-3 days for US orders and can take a few weeks for international orders for delivery.
• Why did you charge my card multiple times?  You may notice multiple pending transactions in your online statements if you make multiple attempts to pay for your order. Failed payment attempts may show up as pending transactions but will drop out of your statement within 2-3 days.
• PayPal payments aren't working, what should I do? Place your order using our regular Checkout option, pick pay over the phone/ money order as your payment option. Add in special instructions "Pay over paypal". We'll email you a paypal money request.
