Your privacy is important to us.

When creating an account or placing an order you will be asked to  provide your name, email, address, telephone number and credit card information.

All this information (except for your credit card info) are stored securely in our database.

We do not keep credit card information on our servers. You card information is transferred to our merchant account system through a ssl secured connection. We never see any of your card numbers except for the last 4 digits.

At times we take in phone orders and need card information from the customer to process the transaction. We never write the card number on any physical paper nor do we save it as a file anywhere within our server. The only time we can take credit card information is when we are in front of our payment terminal where we can enter the information you provide to that system only.  Please never email your credit card information. We will never ask for this information. The only time it is safe for you to provide card information is when you enter it online at checkout or call us at (386) 383-8992.

All information you submit through our website will only be used to complete the order you’ve placed. We do not sell any of this information. We do not send mass emails to email addresses submitted to us. The only time you will receive a newsletter is when you sign up for it. You have the option to uncheck the newsletter box when creating an account or placing an order.

We will not call you unless we need to call you to complete the order you’ve placed.

You may purchase gift certificates for others on the site. Please be aware the party receiving the gift certificate will see who the gift was sent from.

Invoices will be mailed to the shipping addresses provided along with your order contents.

If you have made a mistake when creating an account you can always fix these at ‘my account’ page where you can find a link for it at the very top of the website. If you would like to have your information removed from our database you can also submit us a written request at the messages section of ‘my account’.

Please do not send us emails requesting a new password. We cannot tell with certainty whether it is a genuine request by you or someone pretending to be you. If you forget your password, simply click on sign in, enter your email and check the forgot password box.  You will be sent an email to your email address where you will follow a link to reset your password. (Do check your junk and spam mail folders)
