The Cheap Place - Shipping Policy

We promise to ship out your order the day you place it.

USPS promises to deliver it to you in 2-3 days.

The same day shipping cut off time is 1500 EST (Monday-Friday)
We ship with United States Postal Service only (USPS).
It takes about 3 days on average for US orders to arrive after shipping (1-7 days).
On rare occasions it can take a week for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order in a week please contact us.
It could take up to 4 weeks for international orders, some countries are slower than others.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened, unused items within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless we've made a mistake in fulfilling your order.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your returns. Your financial institution may require few days to credit your account.
If you need to return an item you may contact us or give us a call at (386) 383-8992 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST.
If your order was charged a shipping and handling fee, this fee is non-refundable.
A restocking fee may apply to your return. (orders consisting of 10 or more items).
We do not accept returns on products that have been used or no longer appear to be in the condition they were when shipped out.
Sizes can be exchanged one time free of any shipping charges. Buyer pays the return shipping. We pay to ship out a different size. (Only applies to USA orders, Exchanges on International orders are subject to additional shipping charges).

Shipping

We ship worldwide
All orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight.
In order to maintain our low prices we no longer offer free shipping.
To be fair to our customers the Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and not on order total.
Express shipping guarentees next day or 2nd day delivery.
Please double check the shipping address you've submitted. We seldom get old addresses automatically submitted by Google Checkout or PayPal. It is your responsibility to make sure you've provided us a correct shipping address. We will not be held liable for shipments not received due to wrong or incomplete address information provided.
If applicable, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships out.
There are no tracking services for international packages under 1 pound in weight.
We recently increased our international shipping rates in order to be able to offer trackable shipments for packages weighing over 1 lb.
The average shipping time within USA is about 2-3 days according to USPS.
Please note sometimes it can take 7-14 days for domestic mail to be delivered.
International orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.
The international buyer accepts all shipping risks, customs charges and import fees if any.

USA based domestic orders

Please note we are responsible for the delivery of your products to the Address you've provided with your order. If the delivery confirmation provided by USPS declares your package as delivered we are no longer liable for the package.

You can always special request signature confirmation or insurance at an additional charge to avoid any possible mishaps. We will not reship an order that is confirmed delivered. Please understand these risks before placing an order. You must call to request signature confirmations and insurance on packages.

International Orders

By placing an international order you agree that our responsibility ends once the package has been accepted by the US Postal System. A customs number is provided for all international orders which you can use to inquire about your package in your country. Note this customs number is not a tracking number. Please DO NOT place an order if you do not want to accept these risks.
