It's been a very long time since we last had a hurricane. I'm not counting Hermine that we had 2 weeks ago since we didn't really feel the effects of it.
But this one is being hyped up like nuts on the news, Evacuate is what they are all saying. We might just do that but we don't know where the hell this thing is headed still. I went to Home Depot today, totally out of plywood. Was lucky to find a few sheets at Lowes, $40 a sheet of some cheesy panel board but that's all they had.
We will be boarding up the glass in front of our warehouse on Thursday. We will ship our orders on Thursday till about noon. So if you need anything to go out please place your order tonight. We will most probably be closed on Friday and we do not know if we'll have power to ship out orders on Saturday when we hope things to go back to normal.
The news is saying we are definitely going to lose power. For how long we don't know. Please bare with us as we deal with this hurricane. We'll have more information on when we can ship again later on this week, but for now, we are headed to close up shop at noon on Thursday and board up the warehouse until the storm passes.
