They say apparently the helmet law don't exist in Florida because the insurance companies made sure it didn't exist. Apparently when you crash without a helmet it is most likely a death vs. when you crash with a helmet you can get to spend years in a coma which ends up costing the insurance a lot of money. Nevertheless it should be the bikers choice to choose whether to wear a helmet or not. That's why helmet laws suck, it makes the choice for me, which is not what freedom is all about!
