We are having a very wet month of October here in Florida. Looks like it'll be raining on all day on Saturday of Biketoberfest. We had a really nice Thursday with clear blue skies, nice temperatures and shining sun. It all started to change on Friday with overcast the entire day. Can't say it rained much on Friday though. Today however is a different story. Woke up at 2 am with a very loud lightning strike and it's been raining non stop since then. Forecast has it that it will continue to rain all day today. Well they say if you don't ride in the rain then you don't ride. Well today is definitely the day to see if you really ride or not. These iron on patches are embroidered using Japanese brand Tajima embroidery machines. We also use Japanese brand heat seal glue over our plastic backings to make sure the patch sticks on properly once ironed on. The embroidered borders are trimmed using lasers for a very fine looking patch. The thread we use is 100% Synthetic Rayon material which helps us achieve immaculate embroidery results.
