I've been wanting to capture the star movements with the night time lapse photo setting on the gopro camera. I've done this before but the camera runs out of battery after a few hours. And the case that comes with the gopro doesn't allow you access to the usb plug. Last time I checked it was pretty expensive to buy a case that had an opening where you would plug the usb. But given I have a couple of GoPros that comes with the free standard case I decided to drill a series of holes and cut an opening so I can plug it in and let it time lapse all day long. Here is what I got from it the other night. Check out the stars move on this clear April night here in Florida.
