Yes. We use real product photos to represent each patch as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, but the design and colors remain true to the images.

We offer both iron-on and sew-on options. Each product page clearly mentions the backing type. Iron-on patches use strong heat-activated adhesive for secure attachment. All iron-on patches can be sewn on. Our blank patch offers do not have iron-on backing as they are designed to be embroidered on.

Yes. When properly applied (following our instructions), iron-on patches stay secure through regular washing. For extra durability, sewing around the edges is recommended. Do not use a dryer to dry clothes that have patches ironed on.

We keep our prices competitive by sourcing efficiently and operating exclusively online. Lower prices do not mean lower quality - we focus on delivering excellent value without unnecessary markups. TheCheapPlace is a wholesale-only site. Anyone can order, but there is a $30 minimum per order. This wholesale model allows us to keep our prices consistently low while maintaining quality.

Yes. We offer discounts for larger quantities. If you’re ordering for a group, event, or resale, you can see the bulk discount prices on our site. Furthermore, you can click the customize patch button on product pages and submit a request for a quote on larger quantities.

Shipping times depend on your location. Orders are processed the same day Monday through Friday as long as it is received on our end by 2pm EST. We ship from New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. Some reshipments may be sent using stamped envelopes which do not have tracking information.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. You may also return any unused patches within 30 days for a full refund. Find out more about our return policy.

Yes. Our website uses secure encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your cards get processed by Braintree (part of Paypal). The card information entered on our site during checkout is within an iframe hosted by Braintree. We do not have access to your card information on our servers.
