These iron on patches are embroidered using Japanese brand Tajima embroidery machines. We also use Japanese brand heat seal glue over our plastic backings to make sure the patch sticks on properly once ironed on. The embroidered borders are trimmed using lasers for a very fine looking patch. The thread we use is 100% Synthetic Rayon material which helps us achieve immaculate embroidery results.
