Give other vehicles the time and space to respond to you. Ride in the lane that makes you most visible. Be on the watch for turning vehicles as they sometimes slm on brakes at a missed turn etc.

Be aware of the warning signs on highways and roads for upcoming trouble. Weaving in and out of lanes seem great to some riders but the truth is it is dangerous. So, obey the rules and don't speed and try to be proactive by following some of these tips to keep yourself safe.
