Wishing you a Wonderful Week

I wanted to wish you all a wonderful week. Wife Steph, I and the two daughters left to Miami on Saturday to catch a flight to Istanbul Turkey. We are visiting family for Christmas. Hope return back on the 3rd of January.

Matt is keeping the fort running shipping all your orders daily. I told him we'll relax this week. No sales. Take a breather, it is much needed. We've really been very busy considering it's off season for us. We gave great deals throughout the Cyber Shopping Week, we depleted our inventory on best sellers and we are now slowly building it back up for the end of year sale which will begin right after Christmas Day till New Years Day.

End of Year Sale for us is to get rid of excess inventory. Our ordering system is automated. Sometimes it makes mistakes and we end up with 5 years supply of Patches. I think I have about 2000 Infidel Patches thanks to the algorithm I wrote:) And now that Amazon won't even allow you to sell Infidel on their site we'll see how long it will take us to clear them out. Let me know if Ebay restricts the sale of Infidel Patches. I don't sell on Ebay. In fact if I could rewind back time I would have never listed my products on Amazon. The site where you create a beautiful product page with lots of photos and description and then some turd comes over and pressed the "Have one to sell" button and steals your listing offering their own counterfeit version of our patches. Sure Amazon will eventually take them down but I've seen how it works, and I'm here to sell patches, not to waste my life policing our listings. Be careful when you list on Amazon. It always starts great until your listings start to sell and other people jump in with their counterfeits over your hard work.

What else? I've been very disappointed at our developers for the lack of attention they give to my instructions. I would like to apologize to all who have had some extremely annoying experiences when placing an order. We try to resolve all the problems we see, but I'm beginning to think that these guys are fixing something and breaking 10 other things. My new years resolution will be to bring an end to this bullshit. You deserve a site that runs seamlessly 24/7. So I'm giving a notice to all our developers to either get their shit together or find another site to work for.

Selling patches sounds like an easy enough business. I mean you make them, you count them, you put them on the website and you expect your customers to find them easily. And if you are searching for a "Loud Pipes Save Lives Patch" and the site shows you something totally different then that is totally my fault for putting up with my developers.

I hope you all have a great week. It's the week to make some time for family. Forget gifts. They are not that important. I know we merchants try to push to get you to buy a gift for every single person you know but at the end of the day, a phone call to Grandma or an old friend you haven't spoken in years is worth a lot more than a material gift. Enjoy the holidays, don't be afraid to say MERRY CHRISTMAS or HAPPY HANUKAH. You don't celebrate it? It's fine. Just say thank you and move on.
