In the Small Cool Patches section I found a new patch that's right up my alley. It's the Don't Pick A Fight With An Old Man patch; a patch that reminds me of a Clint Eastwood movie. I can imagine old Clint standing on his front porch with his trusted .357 magnum begging someone to make his day. Now there's an old man you gotta love!
In all sincerity we don't really condone randomly shooting people with whom we get into fights with. But this piece is a humorous way to express the fact that it's not wise to pick fights with old men. They tend to be anti-social, crotchety, impatient, and unwilling to deal with us younger people. I can think of a couple of old men I know who fit this bill nicely. This patch would be perfect sewn right on the front of their polyester leisure suit jackets.
Even though this is a smaller patch by comparison, as long as you mount it someplace where it can easily be seen it should get quite a few laughs. Because it is so small you can attach it to most fabrics with a hot iron and not have to worry about it falling off. If you're mounting it on leather you'll need to use needle and thread. And if you're an old man with guns, perhaps this patch would look nice on your fishing hat or your summer jacket.
