I was browsing through the Funny Patches today when I ran across the Fat People are Harder to Kidnap patch. I don't know why I found this funny, but I did. I can imagine a big, burley, 300 lb. biker on a Harley V-Twin with this patch proudly displayed on the front of his jacket. If I'm reading this correctly, it's a polite way to tell people not to hassle you about your weight. You're comfortable where you are and that's that.
I guess what makes is funny is the fact that it's partially true. I know, the patch is all in jest, but it's funny nonetheless. Especially since we live in a hypersensitive society can no longer laugh at itself. This patch would probably be deemed politically incorrect as soon as somebody was offended by it, so you might as well get one and enjoy it anyway.
The only thing is, the heavier you are the harder it becomes to see it. For Pete's sake, it's only a 4" rectangle. Thankfully, the die cut orders make it extremely easy to sew on, and if you don't like to sew, you can always use a hot iron to apply it. So to all of you out there who pride yourself in not being kidnap-friendly, my hat's off to you. Get one of these patches today and don't let anyone push you around...especially into the back of that black van over there.
