It seems like no matter where you go bikers and veterans are inexplicably linked together. Even in pop culture you see the same thing. For example, the fictional Sons of Anarchy motorcycle club from the FX TV show was founded by Vietnam vets. Many of the older motorcycle clubs were founded by veterans returning from war. These veterans already shared a very close bond from their military experience which just translated into a further bond over their love for motorcycles. Yet even though time has distanced these veterans from their military experience most of them still feel it necessary to never forget.
