Do You Recruit for your Club? If So, Let People know it with this Patch

Recruiter patchOne of the activities that can be the most difficult for any type of organization is getting more members.  That's why some groups have recruiters who focus on increasing the number of members in the club.  Motorcycle club recruiters are in charge of talking to bikers who aren't part of a club and convincing them to join.  If this is your job, you may wear a Recruiter Patch.  This patch can be found in a number of different categories since many groups need recruiters.  For example, you'll find it in the Fire Fighter Patches section since the fire department and police department often have recruiters at job fairs.

Recruiting doesn't necessarily mean you're out on the street handing out flyers to people.  Motorcycle recruiters are usually only needed when there's an event going on.  They usually have a table showing off some pictures of the club's activities.  Sometimes, recruiters are also in charge of marketing and, in today's modern world, may handle the club's online social profiles such as their Facebook page.  Recruiters for other groups, especially the military, may work full-time meeting with potential recruits and even doing cold callings and mass mailings to attract attention.

This is one of the various biker patches made for club officers.  Like the other patches, it's also available in red and in white.  The patch measures three inches by one inch and can be either ironed on to your clothing or sewn on.  Most people wear this patch on the front of their vest or jacket in about the same location you'd put a name tag.  If your club needs a lot of them, you can always purchase this as a wholesale patch to save money.
