Red Cape Templar Knight Large Embroidered Iron-On Patch

Do you fancy yourself as someone who fights the good fight; someone who champions the underdog and always does the right thing? If so, the Red Cape Templar Knight large, embroidered iron-on patch may be the perfect patch for your biker vest or jacket. The Knights Templar of many centuries ago were honored, revered, and respected. Their enemies feared them, too.

If the image on this patch is any indication of what facing one of these knights was like, their reputation was well deserved. Here we have an image of a powerful knight wielding sword and shield, head and face covered by a helmet and mask that obscures his true identity. Truly a fearful sight if you were on the wrong end of the knight's sword.

This particular patch is part of a set that includes two others in slightly different colors. Here, red dominates. The other two Knights Templar patches feature silver and blue, respectively. All three offer stunningly beautiful embroidery work and just the right amount of color to make the patches stand out. We recommend this one if your favorite color is red.

As a biker patch, the Red Cape Templar Knight patch exemplifies the powerful and independent spirit bikers are known for. And as a back patch, it offers 8.8 x 12 inches of glorious Templar Knight imagery that looks just as good alone as it does with bars on top and bottom. This patch definitely stands out, no questions about it.

Be sure to attach the Red Cape Templar Knight large, embroidered patch with needle and thread. Though the patch does have a plastic backing for extra strength and rigidity, a patch of this size really needs to be fixed in place with thread.

Silver Cape Templar Knight Large Embroidered Iron-On Patch

Now here is something you don't see every day in the biker world: embroidered back patches featuring Knights Templar. Here at The Cheap Place, we have a whole series of Knights Templar patches, beginning with this one: the Silver Cape Templar Knight large embroidered iron-on patch.

The Knights Templar was a military unit formed by the Roman Catholic church in 1119. Based out of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, the order was tasked with protecting the church and its vast landholdings against hostile expansions by other nations and groups. The Knights Templar were very active during the Crusades while doing their duty for more than two centuries.

This patch depicts the typical modern understanding of a Templar knight, mostly in silver and gray. There is just a hint of purple in the knight's helmet, sword, and right arm. His cape swoops down from the right shoulder while he protects his upper body with a shield being held in the left hand.

This is one of our smaller back patches measuring just 8.8 x 12 inches. But do not let the narrow width fool you. The depicted image is quite imposing. The way the artist rendered the Temper knight certainly makes him look imposing. He would look right at home in the most prominent place on your biker vest or jacket.

We appreciate unusual biker patches here at The Cheap Place. The Silver Cape Templar Knight large, embroidered iron-on patch certainly fits the bill. We are guessing this is a patch you probably haven't seen before. Get one for yourself and there is a good chance that you'll be unique among your circle of friends. And while you are here, check out the other Templar knight patches in our collection. Every one of them is worth considering.
