We will never tell a customer we are not responsible for packages once they leave the warehouse. We provide First Class Package, Priority and Express services offered by USPS. We'll ship your order using the service you pay for. Personally I recommend you just pick the cheapest shipping option since USPS doesn't guarantee any delivery times unless you pick their pricey Express option. Nevertheless if you want Priority shipping we'll send your order using their priority service.

We reship countless orders when a customer doesn't receive their products because USPS losses the package on the way. We take care of all our customers before and after they place their order.

You show me an email someone sent you saying we are not responsible for your order once it ships and I'll let that person go on the spot. I can guarantee with 100% certainty that Matt will never say such a thing to any customer under no circumstances. And Matt is the only one that handles all your inquiries.

Over half our business is repeat business. And you just don't get that by telling people we are not responsible after the order leaves the warehouse. We are one phone call away. 386 243 4123. In order to offer you guys the lowest prices there are somethings we don't do that you may be used to when shopping online.

We don’t do free shipping! First off, there is no such thing as free shipping. Every company has to pay for shipping. If there is a store offering you free shipping you can 100% be assured that the price of shipping is included in the price of the product. We tried the free shipping gimmick for a while. All the patches you find here at our site for $3.99 used to be $4.99 with free shipping. What’s the cost of shipping? Well at the time of writing this article we offer $1 envelope shipping for small orders containing up to 6 small patches that we can fit in a stamped envelope. The stamp costs us 60 cents. Credit card transaction fees costs us 30 cents per transaction minimum, the envelope, the application instructions card, the printing costs runs another 10 cents. Costs us a dollar and all we ask is a non refundable $1 to ship your order.



We don’t accept paypal. Why? Simply put, over the course of the years Paypal has upped their processing fees to a point where we just said enough. They charge 50 cents per transaction fee and a 3.5% fee. But wait there is more! If you refund a paypal transaction, they do not refund the 3.5% fee they charge us. Upon asking them why, they told us that was the industry standard (it’s not the standard by the way). We find that unfair and we will not accept Paypal because of that. We used to, but no more. We just got sick and tired of receiving an email from Paypal every 6 months on how their new fees were going to rise. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Braintree credit card processing. They are as safe as it gets when processing online payments. We don’t get to see your card numbers, we don’t store your card numbers, non of your credit card processing takes place on our servers. Why use Paypal when you can use your credit card and win points?You do not have to worry about your card number being compromised by us.



We don’t do free returns. If you bought something you are welcome to return it if you don’t like it. Our prices would have been significantly higher if we offered free returns. To keep our prices low we just cannot offer this service. You can pick any carrier you like to return your items. 95% of products we sell are small patches that can be returned back to us using a stamped envelope.



So you might ask yourself, why should I buy something here instead of going to Amazon? You are welcome to go to Amazon. You’ll find most our patches on there. You’ll also end up paying more for them. Online stores have made Free Shipping almost a standard when you are shopping for goods on the internet.

We too have tried to price our products to give us the ability to offer free shipping to our customers.

However, shipping rates have started to increase almost monthly. I remember when we first started in 2009 it was $1.69 to ship a first class package to anywhere in the United States. Now that same service costs $4 minimum.

We have decided to quit the practice of including shipping costs in our product prices. Shipping is what it is. Noone gives free shipping. It's always included in the product price.

Getting rid of free shipping will allow us to offer lower prices across the board. You can always offset the shipping costs by buying 10 or more products and getting 20% off your order totals.
