Iron on Instructions: Use a Heat Press for 30 seconds set at 280 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Tips for Ironing on Patch: Plug in iron. Crank it to highest setting. Place iron on top of your garment with a frying pan thermometer sandwiched between iron and garment to start the preheating process. Once temperature reaches 280 Degrees Fahrenheit unplug your iron. Temperature will continue to rise and then start to decline. Once it declines to 280 Degrees Fahrenheit, Slide the iron, place your patch and press the iron on top of your patch as hard as you can for 30 seconds without moving the iron around. Do not mess with the patch until it has completely cooled down. A household iron will not work as good as a heat press. Do not iron on patches to Leather or Nylon. Watch Video

If so, the Duck Hunter embroidered patch is something we think you'll appreciate. It is quite different from most of the biker and funny patches we sell. Just the same, it would look pretty sharp on your hunting jacket or vest.

Hunters are an interesting group. They love being outside. They appreciate the land, sky, and water, perhaps a little more than your average city dweller. And though it seems contrary to their cause, hunters truly do appreciate wildlife. They are animal lovers by and large.

Wearing the Duck Hunter patch makes it clear that you have a passion for hunting waterfowl. The patches imagery shows three ducks against a camouflage background with a gun sight at center. It perfectly encapsulates what it's like to be out in the field hunting these prized animals. Interestingly, the three ducks are in different positions. The first one is resting, the second is taking off, and the third is flying.

As always, we recommend sewing the patch to an article of clothing – like a vest, jacket, shirt, hat, or pair of jeans. The backing does come with an iron on glue if you want to try that method, just be careful to never use a hot iron on leather. If you do choose to sew it on, a black thread all the way around the border would do the best job of keeping the patch on but hiding your sewing work.
