You probably know by now that The Cheap Place is one of my favorite places to get embroidered patches. The other day I was browsing through their stock patches and I noticed a brand-new offering aimed at the company's Christian customers. If you want to see it, it's the Warning Exposure To The Son Will Prevent Burning patch.
In response to their stocking of this patch, and the many other Christian patches they sell, I want to offer my own personal "thank you" to The Cheap Place staff. It's getting harder and harder to find retailers who are friendly to the nation's Christians, let alone not hostile. It's good to know there are still some companies who respect the beliefs of all their customers and do not practice discrimination against any of them. The Cheap Place is one retailer I know I can always depend on to have merchandise I'm interested in.
If you run a Christian ministry or are part of a Christian motorcycle club, I personally recommend you use The Cheap Place for all of your custom club and stock patches. In the custom department, they can take your digital design and make it into a beautiful embroidered patch. The only catch is that it must be either 100% original or based on work that is in the public domain. They also require you order a minimum of 12 pieces.
For Christians, embroidered patches represent a great opportunity to make known what you believe without getting in someone's face. People have the opportunity to read your patches and then decide for themselves whether or not they want to engage you in conversation. I'm all in favor for Christian biker patches as an opportunity to offer ministry to others. I hope you are too.
