If you have kids, you have probably tried to get them interested in biking. While some may not be, others (especially boys) may jump at the chance to get to ride with you and may eventually want to get their own bike when they turn sixteen. If you want to get them interested in biking while they're still young, you can let them pick out their own favorite motorcycle patch and add it to their favorite jacket. You could even put a motorcycle patch on a onesie for your newborn if you like, although some people might think that's a little odd. Your biker friends, of course, will think it's perfectly natural and might even give you suggestions as to which patch you should add to your baby's outfit.
The biggest concern when thinking about adding patches to your kid's clothing is space. You're definitely not going to fit one of the large back patches on a child's jacket. However, one of the medium or small sized patches is a perfect fit. As they get older, you can add more and more patches to their jackets. If they still enjoy motorcycle patches when they're a teen, they will probably want to pick them out on their own, but you might still be able to convince them to wear one or two of your favorites.
Kids, especially young kids, enjoy being just like mom and dad, and you can bet they will love having jackets that look just like your riding gear. Be sure you save at least their very first piece of clothing you've decorated with a biker patch. It will become a keepsake that you'll treasure and your son or daughter may want to someday pass on to your grandchild.
