Bikers show their pride in many things. They're proud of being bikers, of course, and they've often very proud of their motorcycle. They show off this pride in a number of ways. Some ride in parades and other events, showing off their bikes and their support and pride in different organizations. Others wear flag patches and other embroidered patches on their jackets that feature either an image or phrase that connects to their heritage. Some bikers even have their entire bike painted in the colors and icons of their homeland, making it a tribute to the country they call home.
Showing your pride in your heritage can be done in other ways, of course. Some people add a flag to the back of their motorcycle. While there are some different types of biker flags you can get, many people elect to put their country's flag on their bike. This is often the U.S. flag, of course, but sometimes you'll see other flags, especially if you live up north near the Canadian/U.S. border. On St. Patrick's Day, you might see a lot of bikers flying an Irish flag on their bike. Veterans and those who serve in the military may have a U.S. flag or a flag for their branch of the military. They might also wear patriotic patches.
If you're proud of your heritage, let people know it. Fly a flag off the back of your bike, add some patches to your jacket and other gear, or give your bike a custom paint job. While you don't have to do all of these things to show your pride (it might be a little too much, after all), adding a few images and colors that connect to your heritage isn't hard.
