There are people around the world who love to ride bikes. While they may speak different languages and ride different brands, they all enjoy the feel of the wind in their hair and the road beneath them. Some use their motorcycles to get around every day because there are few automobiles in their city or the streets are very narrow. While bikers may have some differences between them, overall you'll notice that there are actually a good number of similarities between bikers from other countries.
While dress varies from place to place, many bikers wear leather. That's because leather clothing is very durable and will help protect their skin if they crash. Leather pants, jackets, vest, and leather accessories are all very popular. Many bikers like to cover their leather gear with embroidered patches. These biker patches come in many different sizes and feature a number of different images, sayings, and colors. You can show off your love for your bike, your spouse, your family, your guns...there's a patch out there for just about anything you can think of!
Other things many bikers have in common is their love of riding fast and free. Some don't particularly like wearing helmets, even when it's the law, and others like to ignore speed limits when they can. That doesn't mean all bikers flaunt the laws, of course, many, in fact, are police officers and military personnel. That doesn't mean they don't love riding as fast as possible, of course!
No matter where you live, you'll find motorcycles. Some are ridden for pleasure, some for work, and some as the main form of transportation. Even though their riders may look different, all bikers have in their hearts a love for riding.
