There are many different things you might want to buy at a biker rally. You can pick up new pieces of gear, get some new parts for your bike, and much more. You could even buy a brand new motorcycle if you wanted to. Many bikers pick up some motorcycle patches at these rallies. There are several different reasons you might want to shop for patches at a rally. You can often find older or rare patches at these rallies, and you can sometimes find patches you wouldn't otherwise think of picking up.
You may also want to pick up a few of the special patches that are created for some of the larger rallies. These embroidered patches usually feature the name and year of the rally and an image of some sort. These patches can become quite collectible, especially since they're usually only made one time, just for that rally. Once these patches are sold out, you won't be able to find them very easily. The older they are, the harder they are to find. Patches from the 90s, for example, may not be very easy to get, while a Laconia 2010 Patch can be picked up fairly easily now, but in a few years, it may be gone.
If you missed one of these patches, you may still be able to pick one up from The Cheap Place or by attending the next rally. Sometimes, they don't sell out, and you can find the past several years? worth for sale. Other times, there aren't that many patches produced, and if you don't get the patch that year, you're just out of luck.
