Last of the new Saying Patches arrived

I think this concludes our release of over 500 new patches for 2023. It's been a busy year making new creations. Now we just got to wait for the economy to magically fix itself. Covid savings ran out, people have very limited (if any) money to spend on anything other than food rent and insurance.
