Patches for Your Baby

Anyone can wear embroidered patches, not just motorcycle riders.  Many non-bikers like to add a few patches to their jackets or other items, and there are many that aren't really connected to biking at all.  Men, women, teens, and even younger children might want to add a few patches to their clothing to personalize them.  In most cases, there's no minimum age to wearing a patch'some are obviously meant for adults, of course, but most can be worn by anyone.  But how about putting a fun patch or two on your new baby's clothing?

One of the biggest issues with kids clothing and biker patches is that there isn't a lot of space to work with.  Younger children have pretty small jackets, so you might only be able to put two patches on the back, and the large back patches are definitely not an option.   With babies, there's even less room.  However, there are some pretty small patches out there.  Some of the small circular ones only measure about three inches in diameter, so while they will take up most of the front of a baby's onesie outfit, they will fit.

What patches would you want to use for a baby?  Looking again at round patches, if you or your spouse is in the military, you could put a military logo on your baby's clothing.  He could show that he's a proud supporter of his father in the marines or of his mother in the army.  The radioactive patch is another fun patch to put on your baby's outfits, especially if you put in on the back near the diaper.  If you don't mind pushing the envelope a little bit, you could even put the 'I heart boobies' patch on your baby's outfit if he or she is being breastfed.
