Thank You

After four months at The Cheap Place I am finally settling in. I had no idea what I was in for. Customer service has been a part of my job description for as long as I have been working. (We won't disclose any time line.) With no reservations I must say our customers are the greatest people I have ever worked with.

Now that I have been broken in with placing orders and the ends and outs of this job I find myself having fun. Laughter is a big part of my day as I have the privilege of helping you with patches and accessories. Having a great sense of humor must be a prerequisite to being a biker!

Have you noticed how the whole world is in such a hurry? While I acknowledge that sometimes we need to bust a move, I have received so much patience as I was training on the other end of the phone.
