The Carlisle Bike Fest will be held on July 20, 21, and 22, 2012 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This festival has a number of different activities planned for the weekend, including the Monster Energy FreestlyeMX.com World Wide Tour. These trick riders will show off some of the most amazing jumps, flips, and tricks you've ever seen. There will also be many different rides, live entertainment, a bike show, and a number of different giveaways. You could ride into Carlisle on your old bike and bike out on a new Kawasaki Ninja or a Harley 2011 XL1200N Sportster! Even if you don't win, you could always buy something from the many different vendors on hand. They will be selling just about everything you can imagine, including parts, biker patches, gear, and more.
In addition to the FreestyleMX show, Carlisle will also feature the Charm City Devils on Saturday. This group has released a number of albums and had a song featured on the soundtrack of 'O Brother Where Art Thou'. Want something different? How about watching the Half Pint Brawlers show? These small wrestlers will put on an amazing show at the rally. There are also a number of demo rides available, such as the Ticket to Ride National Demo ride and a Suzuki demo ride. Another interesting event at the rally is the Rat Rod Revival. This car show features bare bones restorations of old cars and bikes using whatever materials the owner can find. That makes all of these vehicles truly one of a kind.
The Carlisle Bike Fest will take place at the Carlisle fairgrounds. Entry is $8 a day or $15 for a three day pass, and children under 8 are free.
