The first weekend of November means it's time to head down to the Lone Star Rally in Galveston, Texas! This amazing rally starts on the first and ends on the fourth, and those four days are jam-packed with all kinds of amazing events. One of the biggest draws is the Bret Michaels free concert that will be held Friday night at 7:30. This multi-platinum recording artist will put on an amazing show that is sure to be a lot fun.
There's more than just this one concert, of course. This rally will feature the first annual metric bike show. It will be on Friday on Pier 21. There are a number of different categories, and entry is just $15. On Saturday, there will be a all-start roundup bike show featuring all makes and models. If you've got a cool custom bike you want to show off, register it that morning.
In addition to Bret Michaels, Charlie Hunnam 'Jax' will be at the rally on the third, and there will be a number of other awesome music and entertainment events. A number of celebrity builders will also be at the rally discussing how they put together their awesome bikes. They include Rick Fairless, Eddie Trotta, Paul Yafee, Martin Brothers, Brigitte Bourget, and the builders from John Shope's Sinister Industries.
Of course, there will be plenty of vendors selling motorcycle parts, patches, and other items. Plus, you can meet and talk with some of the top motorcycle manufacturing reps and see some of their latest products.
