When you hear the name Three Sisters it sounds like you are talking about three girls. But the beauty is that these are three roads nestled in the majestic Texas Hill Country known as ,"The Three Sisters". These roads are known for challenging, tricky and dangerously fun rides. Some say these roads are considered a right of passage for a biker.
This rally is held primarily to raise monies to support local veterans charities and most recently began funding "Heroes Night Out". What was originally started as a night out for a hero has turned into a full resource center for veterans and their families.
Gates will open Thursday and make you eligible for the Early Bird Raffle. Vendors will open at noon. Around 3pm will be the Bar Hop and a pot luck dinner at 7pm. Enjoy the great blues of Step Aside form 8pm-11pm.
On Friday there will be organized rides to the Lone Star Motorcycle Museum and Lost Maples Loop. Around 11pm will be another organized ride to Junction Loop for lunch @ Isaac's'. Then off to ride the Three Sisters Loop for a 2 1/2 hour ride. There will be another ride through Three SIster's Loop at 11am. Barhop will be again at 3pm and games at 4pm. At 5:00 enter your bike in the bike contest. The night will end with the good old fashioned rock and roll band Sky Dog.
On Saturday there will be four organized rides through the Loops each at least 3 hours long. At noon there is one more ride through the Three Sisters Loop. Biker Games and Tattoo contests will be at 4pm. Two live bands will play. At 5pm you have Chase and at 9pm Wall of Soul which plays little bit of blues, soul, rock and a splash of country.
On Sunday the Rally winds up the weekend with one final organized ride through the Three Sisters Loop.
The cost for this event is only $35.00 and a free self contained tent and hot showers are provided. The best thing about this rally is the money you spend will be going to a charity that we can all support and get behind.
