Custom Patches Terms and Conditions

You cannot return Custom Patch orders. All Sales are final on custom patch orders. A written email confirmation is required to proceed with a Custom Patch Order. We begin work on your order after accepting payment. We provide a photograph of an actual sample which you must approve in writing (via email) before we proceed.

The patches you receive will be the exact same patches as the ones you will confirm through email (We do not accept Phone confirmations, please reply back to the email we send you along with a photo of your sample. Please note we CANNOT guarantee colors will look the same on your computer screen. We can do a very close match to Pantone color codes but if you don't provide any Pantone Color codes we cannot guarantee colors.

You may be wanting to duplicate a patch which you already have. Keep in mind our materials and embroidery is going to be different than your original patch. We can match sizes if you provide us exact dimensions however we do not guarantee that our patch will feel or look the same as the original patch you were wanting to duplicate. Rest assured we will do a quality job but please note you cannot return a custom patch just because it doesn't feel the same as your original.

Please know our quality before placing an order. We highly recommend everyone placing a custom patch order to go ahead and place an order for a few patches we already carry. You'll get a good understanding of our quality and what we can do.

We only turn your final designs into embroidered patches. Our services do not include working on an existing designs. Adding text and making simple color changes is fine as long as you know what color you want! We are here to offer a cost effective efficient service to turn your final design into a patch. We are not your to go guy if you don't know what you want.

You can mail in your samples if you like but that doesn't mean the patches we'll produce will be exactly the same as your sample. It will be a very close match but it might not feel the same. Colors might not be exact (even with pantone codes there can be a 10% fluctuation in tones. It's very minimal but we have seen all sorts of customers who have given us a hard time for making a patch 1/16th of an inch bigger than their original. When we make a 3 inch patch please note It could be 2.95 inches or 3.04 inches. We cannot make something that is 3.0000 inches (true to the last micrometer, probably won't be a problem unless the patch is going to the moon).

We do not knowingly reproduce any copyright or trademark protected work without a written permission from the Intellectual Property (IP) owner. If you submit us a design that is the IP of someone elses, you assume full liability for damages that we might incur as a result of your misconduct.
