Have you seen the Manure Happens patch yet? If not, you can see it in the Funny Patches section at The Cheap Place. This 3" x 1.5" offering features yellow lettering on a black background, with just enough contrast to catch your eye. This one would be great on dark colors like black, dark brown, and navy blue. As for my reference to the Church Lady, allow me to explain.
Do you remember Dana Carvey's Church Lady character from his days on Saturday Night Life? I don't watch the program anymore, but when I did the Church Lady was one of my favorites. Carvey played her as a God-fearing, church-going woman who put on all the right appearances in public but yet still had a little streak of rebellion hidden inside. The phrase "manure happens" sounds exactly like something she would say during "Church Chat". Just thinking about it cracks me up.
I guess what I'm saying is that this patch is ideal for someone who believes the sentiment but would never use the actual cuss work in public. Whether that's right or wrong, it's still funny - just like the Church Lady. The patch has an iron on backing which will work on anything butt leather. And being that it's fairly small and lightweight, it'll stick well without peeling off a day later. If you would prefer to sew it on your jacket or vest, the die-cut orders make that extremely easy.
