Arizona, Home of the Grand Canyon

Arizona PatchDo you hail from Arizona, the 48th state of the union?  If you do, you may want to add one of the Arizona state rockers patches to your jacket.  These curved biker patches feature the state name in large, white letters that really stand out.  They measure 4 by 1.75 inches and have die cut borders for easy sewing.  Of course, you can also iron them on to any material that's not leather.

Arizona was the last of the contiguous states to be added to the United States, and it was done so on February 14, 1912.  Because it's home to the Grand Canyon, it has been nicknamed the Grand Canyon State and, because of the large amount of copper available, the Copper State.  It's also one of the Four Corners states along with Utah, New Mexico, and Nevada.  A landmark shows where the four states touch, and it's possible to step back and forth between them (or even stand in more than one at once).

The state of Arizona is the 16th most populous state, and its geography is quite varied.  The southern part of Arizona is primarily desert, while the northern part features many different trees, the high Colorado Plateau, several mountain ranges, and a number of deep canyons.  There are even some areas that get a good amount of snow each year, a stark contrast to the desert climate found elsewhere.

Show pride in your state, wear an Arizona patch and let everyone know where you come from.
