Here's a Large Army Rocker Patch for Vets and Soldiers

US Army 1775 Black White RockerIf you were in the army or are currently serving as a soldier, you may want to add some Army Patches to your jacket.  These patches let everyone know that you've made the decision to help protect your country and those in it.  Some of these patches are fairly small or are designed to look like patches used in the military.  Then there's this Large US Army 1775 Rocker Patch.  It's big enough to take up the entire upper part of your jacket or vest.  It's a nice, large patch that compliments some of the smaller ones.

The date of 1775 reflects the year that the United States Continental Army was formed.  It was created to battle the forces of Great Britain in the Revolutionary War.  George Washington was appointed as its commander.  After the Revolutionary War, the army was disbanded because congress and most Americans distrusted standing armies.  However, congress later realized that some sort of standing force was necessary, leading to the recreation of a standing force in 1791.  This force eventually became the modern U.S. Army.

This large rocker measures 11 by 4 inches.  It's curved downward, so it looks best across the top part of a jacket or vest.  The lettering is done in white on black, and the font is the cracked, broken lettering used by the Army in most of their signage.  It's very authentic looking, and it will perfectly match some of the other U.S. Army patches you'll find on the site.
