There are a lot of different patches out there for different professions. One awesome patch is the Fire Department Circle Patch. You'll find it in the Firemen Patches category. It's a great way of letting people know that you work in what is one of the more dangerous lines of work there is. It's a small circular patch that measures three inches across and can be added to just about any part of your clothing. You can even use it to spruce up an old pair of pants by putting it on the back pocket or over a tear.
This patch features the words 'Fire Department' in the outer circle and the traditional symbols of the firefighting profession in the center: the hat, the axe, the latter, the hose, and a firefighter pole. The different items are done in bright yellow, red, and brown. The background is white, which works very well with the red. The outer part of the patch is done in a thick red border. You can easily sew it on to your leather jacket or vest using red thread. If you're putting it on any other garment, you can iron it on.
If you're a firefighter, take pride in your job. Firefighters take a lot of risks, and there's no reason why you shouldn't let people know that you have a dangerous profession.
