Each Bag Contains 12 collars, 12 screws, 1 hex wrench
This way you will never lose a pin again.
Just pierce your pin over your vest to exactly where you want it.
Slip in the silver collar through the nail where it pierced out on the inside of the vest.
Place a black screw at the end of the hex wrench and screw it in through the side opening of the silver collar.
Please Do Not Over Tighten. File off the pointy ends of the pin backs with a nail file or sand paper.
