Iron on Instructions: Use a Heat Press for 30 seconds set at 285 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Tips for Ironing on Patch: Plug in iron. Crank it to highest setting. Place iron on top of your garment with a frying pan thermometer sandwiched between iron and garment to start the preheating process. Once temperature reaches 280 Degrees Fahrenheit unplug your iron. Temperature will continue to rise and then start to decline. Once it declines to 280 Degrees Fahrenheit, Slide the iron, place your patch and press the iron on top of your patch as hard as you can for 30 seconds without moving the iron around. Do not mess with the patch until it has completely cooled down. A household iron will not work as good as a heat press. Do not iron on patches to Leather or Nylon. Watch Video

What could be worse than seeing a Jolly Roger flag flying off the back of a motorcycle heading directly toward you at full speed? Seeing a deranged Jolly Roger flag instead! It is enough to make you soil your shorts!

Well, we don't know where you can find a deranged Jolly Roger flag. But we can offer you the embroidered Deranged Roger patch. It is a 3 x 3-inch patch featuring one of the most deranged looking skulls we've ever seen. The old boy even has a red pirate hat and eyes in different colors: one is red and the other green.

If the face on the skull weren't creepy enough, this patch's designer gave it a pretty bad set of teeth. None of them are straight. It looks like a couple are chipped and cracked. This guy is straight from the loony bin and ready to be sewn or heat-applied to your clothing.

We always recommend sewing patches to leather and nylon. Fortunately, you get a black and die-cut border all the way around this patch. It is perfect for hiding black thread so that no one sees. If you are planning to mount the patch to denim or cotton, its heat-activated glue works well enough with a commercial heat press or household iron.

As to where you should mount it, that's up to you. It's small enough to fit over the breast pocket of any jacket or shirt. It would make a nice feature on your biker vest or jacket. Even the back pocket of a pair of jeans would work well.

You can mount the Deranged Jolly Roger patch anywhere you have an open piece of fabric. Maybe you could even frame it and put it on your wall. Whatever you do, just have fun with it.
