they helped me finish the order, cancelled the other orders, put in for a refund of the other orders, pulled the order and shipped it out the same day.
I know it may not seem like much, but when was the last time a customer service rep called you when there was a problem?
and no, bill collectors, telemarketers and those annoying survey things do not count.
Their wholesale accounts are free.
a lot of other places charge you to set up a wholesale account, or you have to take delivery of products on a regular basis, or you have to pay a monthly fee just to get the stuff you want.
Here.. it is free to sign up, you get to choose what you want, when you want.
no monthly fees, no taking stuff you don't want, no massive amounts of stuff piling up and taking over your home.
oh, and a bit of advice to those who want to start a business selling patches.. do yourself a favor, and order the 95 pocket patch display.
it is worth every penny and it saves a TON of hassles.
