They inform you when your order has been received, when your order will be shipped, and what type of package your order was shipped in. They don’t take long to get to you at all. Thank you - great patches - great prices - super fast shipping - I will be a repeat customerSome patches are unique that you don't see anywhere else, especially their "naughty" patches as well as a few large jacket patches. Prices are fair. I like the web-site layout too. Even on my tablet "I could actually see the patches clear and crisp as I was browsing". All quality patches without the colored thread connecting one letter to the next as is so typical with numerous others charging the same or more.
I was impressed with the fast shipping! Ordered Friday afternoon and they arrived Monday morning from Florida to Ohio and a couple patches from other states as far out as Arizona!!! Well packaged. Other patch companies/vendors I've ordered from generally take from 1-2 weeks to show up. The Cheap Place delivered as fast as Prime services and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg extra!
