I ordered some patches while traveling in the US. Due to a logistics issue, the letter was returned to the sender, and by the time it happened I had already gone back abroad. The shop was incredibly helpful — they resent the envelope internationally at no extra charge. The patches themselves are excellent quality, and the customer service is outstanding.
