It seems as though there are a lot of veterans among the biker crowd. If you're one of them, The Cheap Place has a piece in their POW MIA section I'm sure you're going to love. It's the POW MIA Eagle patch - a 12" back patch that's no bigger than most other back patches, but it seems bigger because of its design. It features an American bald eagle with spread wings, the POW/MIA symbol in front of its chest, and the words "Never Forget" in bold red lettering overhead.
Every time I look at the POW/MIA patches I can't help but wonder what it must be like for the family members of these soldiers. To have a spouse, child, or sibling who never returned from war, and about whom you know nothing else, must be absolute torture. Family members of POWs and MIAs have no idea of the fate of their loved ones, and so they can never put the memories to rest.
If you're someone who has the opportunity to display patches, either on your clothing or through some other means, show your support for our fallen soldiers by getting some of these POW/MIA patches. Even if you've never been in the military, you owe it to those who have it show your support. Never forget - it is the brave men and women of the U.S. military who have fought and died for our freedom ever since the Revolution.
