I realize while it may be last minute, it is not too late to dress up for Halloween. With all of the obsession with Zombies I decided to give it a go. I went to my local CVS store and purchased a wig, a long black and purple one. I bought some funky press on nails, which I may keep using! Then, last but not least the make up kit equipped with white, black and green creme make up and a palette of various colors. (I purchased it all for under $20.00!)
If you want the zombie look the above supplies is all that you will need. The best way to start is to pin or tie your hair back. Cleanse your face from all oil, dirt and or make up. Start by putting a nice thick coat of white on your face. Just blend it the best you can. Although sponges came with the kit my fingers worked better. Once you have covered you face with white go in with the black making large circles or oval shapes from up over the eyebrow down to the cheekbone and blend well on both eyes. When you are blending do it quickly as the makeup dries and then comes off. Once your eyes are done you will take a little black and run along each cheek bone and blend. You should have fake blood in your kit which I covered my lips with and let run down the sides of my mouth. (Looks like I just finished a hunk of bloody flesh! wahaaaahaaaa) Once your makeup is in place then you can put on your wig.
