Have Your Broken Something? If So, Here's a Patch for You

Broken Wings PatchRiding a bike is not without risk.  If you're not careful, you can end up on the asphalt with a broken bone or two.  That's why it's so important to wear a helmet and drive safely.  However, even the most cautious biker will have a crash or two.  If you've fallen and broken a bone before, you may want to add this Broken Wings Patch to the back of your jacket or vest.  It's one of the Eagle Patches since the wings do appear to be eagle wings, but there's no actual eagle head on this patch.

This patch was designed by popular artist Arturo Vilmenay, who has designed a number of popular patches available on The Cheap Place.  He created this one for those who have crashed and burned at least once.  While some people might want to forget about any accident, others want to make a statement about accidents or want to remember a particularly painful crash.  You could also wear this broken wings patch if you feel like something in your life is broken and on the mend.

The wings on this patch are all while, but they're fairly detailed.  The center features a circle of red, bloody feathers and the works "broken wings" in red.  The patch measures 12 inches wide, but it's only 3.5 inches tall.  You can add this patch to any type of material, but if you're putting it on leather, be sure to sew it on.  The patch features die cut black borders to make this a much easier task.  If you're putting it on any other material, you can iron it on.
