Iron on Instructions: Use a Heat Press for 30 seconds set at 285 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Tips for Ironing on Patch: Plug in iron. Crank it to highest setting. Place iron on top of your garment with a frying pan thermometer sandwiched between iron and garment to start the preheating process. Once temperature reaches 280 Degrees Fahrenheit unplug your iron. Temperature will continue to rise and then start to decline. Once it declines to 280 Degrees Fahrenheit, Slide the iron, place your patch and press the iron on top of your patch as hard as you can for 30 seconds without moving the iron around. Do not mess with the patch until it has completely cooled down. A household iron will not work as good as a heat press. Do not iron on patches to Leather or Nylon. Watch Video

If you are into all things Gothic, we would like to introduce you to the Gothic Heart and Wings Lady Rider patch, a 3 x 2.75 inch piece of art ideal for decorating your favorite piece of biker clothing.

Of course, embroidered patches aren't just for bikers. They are for anyone and everyone who likes to decorate clothing, hats, bags, etc. This particular patch is aimed at bikers though – and specifically, the ladies within their ranks.

We are not sure of the exact symbolism here, but the combination of wings and a heart tends to symbolize love and freedom in the biker community. So perhaps this patch says that you love the freedom of being on a bike. If it means something different to you, that's cool.

A good place for this patch would be on the back pocket of a pair of jeans. It's the perfect size for a pocket. If that doesn't suit you, consider one of the shoulders on your jacket or vest. Either breast position on the front would work as well.

The border on this particular patch isn't black all the way around. You have some of that grey/silver color mixed in. There is even some brown. So if you're going to attach it with needle and thread, feel free to use any of the colors you see in the border.

The patch is small enough to mount on clothing using a heat press or household iron. As always, don't use the heat method with leather or nylon. Doing so could irreparably damage your garment. For leather and nylon, break out your inner seamstress and sew it on. You'll save yourself some heartache.
