Sew or Iron Them On
Just like the patches in all our other categories, novelty patches come with both a high-quality border and a plastic backing with iron-on glue. Use the border to hide your thread when you choose to sew a patch to a piece of clothing. If you choose the iron-on method instead, you'll just need an open piece of fabric and a hot iron.
We offer ironing instructions here on our website, so be sure to take a look at them before proceeding. Just remember the most important thing about ironing patches to clothing: hot irons can easily damage leather. If you want to attach novelty patches to a leather jacket or vest, sew them on.
