the man on the phone was very helpful. somehow i screwed up trying to pay for the patches. after 3 weeks went buy, and not receiving my patches, i called and had my order straightened out immediately. my fault. i received them 2 days later. thank you for the fast service. just an idea though, maybe follow up, or second check your orders daily. that way you don't lose a potential sale. thanks again. you have all my future patch business. i also let my club know about you.

I've shopped at a lot of online stores, and The Cheap Place has by far some of the fastest and BEST Customer Service I've encountered anywhere. Every patch I've ordered has been perfect, and top quality, and even a "glitch" in my most recent "last-minute" order was corrected promptly by Matt so I could still receive it in time for Christmas.
